Due to popular demand, I issued a small reprint of the book, which I will sell until they run out. These will come with a stamped linen cover rather than a dust jacket. As a smaller run means higher per unit cost, the new price will be $250 per book. While this is more than the original release price ($95), it is significantly less than what used copies were selling for on ebay and Amazon ($650 - $1,500 per copy). Please note that this is just a reprint - no updates or changes have been made.
